This is my entry for the Beautiful Creatures contest. I depicted Lena as a light caster here, because I believe that everyone is in charge of their destiny. No matter what happens, you do decide your fate! Take charge of your life and don't be afraid!
I had so much fun with this! You may be wondering why her outfit is so frosty. I was inspired by the way snow can brighten up any night, no matter how dark it is. I believe Lena can do that too. I believe that Lena is surrounded by darkness is many aspects--the darkness in her family history, and the idea that she will become dark no matter what. But I believe that no matter how much darkness surrounds her, her light will never be defeated. Below is a little poem I made to help explain my inspiration:
Even in the darkest of winter nights,
The frost, surrounded by shadows,
Glows with light.
even if nobody expects it to,
it defeats it all
